Business Development Specialist

About the Role

The Saudi Surgical Academy is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to identify new business opportunities, establish strategic partnerships, and drive the Academy's growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commercial mindset, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to deliver value to our partners and clients while supporting the Academy's long-term strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and revenue streams.
• Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.
• Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with the Academy's strategic objectives.
• Identify and develop new business streams and service offerings to expand the Academy's portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, partnership agreements, and commercial offers.
• Lead meetings, negotiations, and follow-up with prospective clients and partners.
• Collaborate closely with all internal departments to ensure alignment between client needs, project delivery, and organizational objectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of partnerships and client engagements.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline of opportunities and prepare regular business development reports.
• Represent the Academy at conferences, exhibitions, networking events, and industry meetings.
• Contribute to achieving business development targets and supporting the Academy's sustainable growth.
