Job Description
## Job Summary
We are looking for a competent and organized Human Resources Specialist to join our team, responsible for efficiently and accurately managing daily HR operations, with full commitment to the Saudi Labor Law and the requirements of the relevant government agencies.

## Responsibilities
**First: Recruitment and Sourcing**
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from posting vacancies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, to preparing offers and following up on onboarding and hiring.
- Implement onboarding programs for new employees.
- Participate in workforce planning and prepare recruitment plans as needed.
**Second: Contracts and Government Transactions**
- Prepare and document employment contracts, and follow up on government platform transactions (Qiwa, Social Insurance, Muqeem, Absher).
- Manage visas (work visas, service transfers, recruitment) and follow up on the renewal of work permits and residencies.
- Follow up on professional verification procedures and job classification.
**Third: Employee Affairs and Payroll**
- Manage monthly leaves, attendance, and departures, and calculate end-of-service benefits according to the Saudi Labor Law.
- Prepare and review the monthly payroll and adhere to the wage protection system via the Madad platform.
- Manage medical insurance and employee files, and maintain the accuracy of Human Resources Information System (HRIS) data.
- Implement termination procedures, clearance, and final settlement.
**Fourth: Performance, Training, and Development**
- Manage performance appraisal cycles and periodically review job titles.
- Identify training needs, coordinate implementation, and submit effectiveness reports.
- Prepare and update job descriptions and organizational structures in line with business needs.
**Fifth: Policies and Compliance**
- Prepare and update internal policies and procedures and the work regulation, and get them approved via the Qiwa platform.
- Prepare disciplinary documents and official correspondence according to issued instructions and approved regulations.
- Monitor Saudization rates and achieve Nitaqat program targets.
**Sixth: Employee Relations and Reporting**
- Address employee complaints and grievances, foster a positive work environment, and deal with the Ministry of Labor and labor disputes when necessary.
- Prepare periodic HR reports and performance indicators (employee turnover rate, localization rates, workforce costs).
- Participate in preparing the estimated budget for salaries and benefits.
- Maintain the confidentiality of employee data and documents.

## Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- [2 to 5] years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in the Saudi market.
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi Labor Law, its executive regulations, and the regulations of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
- Professional certification is preferred (HR Certification / SHRM-CP / CIPD / aPHRi).

## Required Skills
- Proficiency in using government platforms (Qiwa, Madad, Social Insurance, Muqeem, Absher).
- Proficiency in using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and accuracy in handling data and appointments.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
