General Objective of the Job:

Responsible for receiving customer orders in the car lane, accurately recording them on the Point of Sale (POS) system, collecting payments quickly and efficiently, delivering orders, and ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and speed, contributing to providing a distinguished customer experience that enhances their loyalty to the brand.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Receiving Orders: Welcoming customers in a polite and professional manner via the drive-thru headset, listening attentively to their orders, and accurately recording them on the system.

• Up-selling: Intelligently suggesting add-ons, larger meal sizes, or promotional offers to increase sales volume.

• Cashiering and Payment Collection: Receiving cash or handling electronic payment devices (Mada, Visa, Apple Pay) and issuing invoices, while returning change accurately and quickly.

• Order Review and Packaging: Ensuring the prepared order matches the invoice (quantity, meal type, special modifications) and verifying the availability of accessories (napkins, forks, sauces) before handing it to the customer.

• Adherence to Target Time: Working with high productivity and speed to reduce car waiting time in the lane and ensure smooth traffic flow.

• Shift Closing (Cash Reconciliation): Counting the cash drawer at the end of the shift, ensuring it matches the reports generated by the system, and handing it over to the responsible supervisor.

• Cleanliness and Organization: Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the work area (delivery window, cash register, packaging area) and adhering to approved health and safety standards.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• Education: High school diploma as a minimum.

• Experience: Previous experience (6 months to 1 year) in cashiering or in restaurants and cafes (preferably in drive-thru services).

• Technical Proficiency: Ability to smoothly handle Point of Sale (POS) systems and electronic payment devices.

Personal Skills and Abilities:

• Speed and Accuracy: Ability to perform calculations and prepare orders with extreme speed and without errors.

• Communication and Listening Skills: Clear and welcoming tone of voice over the headset and a high ability to understand customer requirements, even during busy times.

• Working Under Pressure: Maintaining calmness, professionalism, and a smile during peak hours and busy drive-thru periods.

• Teamwork: High coordination with the kitchen and preparation team to ensure orders are delivered simultaneously and without delay.

• Honesty and Integrity: High accuracy in handling money and financial accountability.

Work Environment and Conditions:

• The job requires standing for long periods and moving flexibly within the window area.

• Work is on a shift basis (morning/afternoon/night) in accordance with the branch's operating hours.
