A Riyadh-based operations and maintenance company announces a job vacancy

Coordination of administrative operations in human resources and finance and follow-up of employee affairs in the company
Coordination and support in operational processes, logistical operations, and company needs
Managing phone calls and email correspondence
Organizing team meetings and preparing minutes and required tasks between the two parties
Preparing reports and presentations in Microsoft programs
Preparing and distributing reports and memos
Managing office systems and important files
Preparing invoices and expense reports and managing bank accounts in coordination with the financial department
Application conditions
Educational qualification:
High school diploma or specialized diploma in office management or business administration.
Previous experience:
At least 2 years of previous experience in administrative, office, operational, or operational roles.
Required skills:
Effective communication skills
Ability to organize and manage time
Confidentiality and accuracy: Handling sensitive information
Proficiency in office software: such as: “Google Workspace, Microsoft Office”
Problem-solving skills
Ability to withstand work pressure
