Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and creative Business Development Manager to join our showroom team, specializing in furniture and accessories. You will be responsible for leading growth strategies and expanding the showroom's market share by building strong partnerships with designers and real estate developers, discovering new sales opportunities (for individuals or companies), and overseeing the improvement of the showroom's digital and physical presence to ensure maximum profitability and reach. Responsibilities: Market and Competitor Analysis: Study market trends in the world of furniture and decor to identify the most in-demand products and new growth opportunities. Strategic Plan Development: Develop and implement innovative plans to expand the showroom's sales scope (retail, projects, and e-commerce). Strategic Partnership Building: Establish cooperation agreements with interior designers, contracting companies, and real estate developers to supply furniture and accessories for their projects. Team Leadership and Guidance: Supervise the showroom's sales and marketing team, guide them towards achieving set sales targets, and monitor performance indicators. Campaign and Marketing Management: Oversee the launch of new collections and coordinate advertising campaigns across social media to enhance the showroom's identity. Reporting and Performance Analysis: Prepare accurate periodic reports on sales movement, customer preferences, and engagement levels, and provide operational recommendations and solutions to senior management.
