Asteri Beauty (B Corp™) is seeking a Sales Representative to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves providing exceptional customer service and contributing to a collaborative retail environment.

Role Overview

The Sales Representative is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service, creating an engaging shopping experience, and demonstrating artistry skills upon request. This position also requires contributing to a collaborative work environment, achieving financial goals, and performing assigned operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive customer service and product knowledge, adapting service levels to customer needs.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals to support team and store objectives.
• Represent the brand professionally in all interactions.
• Attend all mandatory training sessions and complete assigned educational and developmental tools.
• Maintain professionalism and respect with customers, colleagues, management, and business associates.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, reporting any discrepancies to management immediately.
• Assist with visual displays, merchandising, and marketing standards to ensure consistent store replenishment.
• Support in the preparation and completion of stock takes as required.
• Process transactions accurately and utilize the POS system correctly.
• Ensure punctuality and consistently follow personal appearance and hygiene guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of retail experience, with prior customer-facing sales experience required.
• Demonstrated excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and build strong customer relationships.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Make-up artistry experience is considered a plus.
• Maintain flexible availability to meet business needs.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, operating within a retail setting focused on beauty products and customer engagement.
