Job Description

Customer Service & Operations Coordinator
Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer inquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media platforms.
- Provide professional and timely responses to customer questions and requests.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, appointments, and special requests.
- Coordinate with suppliers and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
- Support the planning and coordination of workshops, events, and collaborations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and follow-ups.
- Assist in resolving customer concerns and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate internal and external communications to support daily operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly, professional, and detail-oriented personality.
- Ability to manage WhatsApp Business and customer communications efficiently.
- Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- A creative mindset and strong attention to presentation and aesthetics are preferred.

  • Requires 2-5 Years experience
  • Intermediate in English
