BIM Coordinator

We are looking for a BIM Coordinator to join our team on an active mega-project in Riyadh, starting immediately

‏Responsibilities:

‏- Coordinate BIM models across disciplines (Architectural, Structural, MEP) to ensure consistency and clash-free design.

‏- Manage model uploads, version control, and file structure on the Common Data Environment (CDE) / ACC.

‏- Support clash detection, coordination meetings, and issue resolution with design teams.

‏- Extract drawings, schedules, and shop drawings from coordinated models.

‏- Ensure compliance with project BIM standards and the Task Information Delivery Plan (TIDP).

‏Requirements:

‏- Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a BIM Coordinator on construction/infrastructure projects.

‏- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).

‏- Strong understanding of MEP or Structural coordination workflows.

‏- Transferable Iqama preferred (or ability to relocate to Riyadh immediately).

‏- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure on fast-paced sites.
