Business Managment Company (BMC) is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on driving growth and managing client relationships within the dynamic Saudi Arabian market, specifically in the areas of IT solutions and Artificial Intelligence.

Role Overview

The Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering technology solutions that align with customer objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of enterprise sales, account growth strategies, and the Kingdom's digital transformation initiatives, with a specialization in IT solutions and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and expand a portfolio of enterprise and government accounts across Saudi Arabia.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling IT and AI solutions.
• Understand customer business challenges and recommend tailored technology solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers in collaboration with technical and presales teams.
• Lead contract negotiations and ensure successful deal closure.
• Coordinate with solution architects, project managers, and delivery teams to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor account performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop account plans, sales forecasts, and revenue targets.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and technology conferences.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.
• Ensure high customer retention and satisfaction through proactive account management.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in account management, specifically within the IT solutions, Artificial Intelligence, and digital transformation sectors.
• Extensive experience and a proven track record in the Saudi Arabian market.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strategic client relationships.
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and account growth strategies.
• Familiarity with the Kingdom's digital transformation initiatives.
