About the Role
Amazon is seeking an Account Manager, Marketplace to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is focused on driving the success of high-performing sellers within the KSA Marketplace and contributing to the continuous improvement of the Amazon platform for all sellers. The role requires 2-5 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities
The Key Account Management team is responsible for accelerating sales growth, expanding product selection on the platform, and improving seller retention. This role involves partnering with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for selection, merchandising, and operational improvements. The Account Manager will shape the future of the Account Management program by driving success for key sellers and leveraging feedback to enhance the Amazon platform.
- Identify, prospect, and recruit high-potential sellers to the Amazon platform via phone or email.
- Prioritize and manage a pipeline of sellers to consistently meet or exceed quarterly targets.
- Act as a business partner for sellers, providing data-driven insights and advice to optimize their success on Amazon.
- Educate sellers on Amazon’s standards for Delivery and Customer Experience.
- Enable sellers to master Amazon's tools and systems for efficient catalog management, inventory, and performance.
- Understand category specificities to identify popular brands, trends, seasonal items, and pricing to tailor pitches and advice.
- Track and report business development results, analyze data, and interpret reports for the seller portfolio.
- Optimize time management to achieve targets in a results-oriented environment.
Daily Operations
Day-to-day activities include, but are not limited to:
- Interacting with Key Sellers.
- Sourcing new selection from sellers with potential for expansion.
- Maintaining focus on stock levels for Key ASINs.
- Sourcing deals from sellers to enhance customer offerings.
- Ensuring competitive pricing on the platform.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of relevant experience. A strong understanding of marketplace dynamics and seller management is essential.
Work Location and Type
This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. As per national labor laws and applicable legislations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, this position is open to candidates who fulfill specific nationality criteria stipulated by local regulations.
