Job Announcement: Administrative Assistant (Hybrid)

Our activity is in the field of e-commerce, and we are looking for an administrative assistant to support daily operations and oversee workflow.
Nature of Work
The work is flexible and hybrid between being present and working remotely as needed, with a necessity for daily presence initially to learn and understand the nature of the work.
It is preferred that the applicant is from South Riyadh, with priority given to residents of Al-Owaly neighborhood or nearby areas.
Job Responsibilities
Supervising orders and ensuring they are prepared and dispatched correctly.
Follow up with the warehouse staff and ensure daily operations are running smoothly.
Printing shipping invoices and ensuring orders are prepared.
Tracking shipments and ensuring they reach customers.
Dealing with simple inquiries or complaints from customers.
Coordinating in some administrative and organizational tasks within the institution.
Assisting in some tasks related to sales and operations.

Salary
Trial period: from 15 days to two months.
Salary during the trial period: 1000 SAR per month.
After passing the trial period: 1500 SAR per month + bonus based on performance and sales.
Requirements
- Requires 2-5 Years experience
- Beginner in English
