Massar Business Solutions is searching for a qualified Administration Manager to enhance our administrative operations. We value efficiency and compliance in our organizational structure and need someone who shares this vision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily administrative operations and office procedures.
  • Supervise administrative staff and coordinate support services.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and government regulations.
  • Coordinate logistics, supplies, equipment, and maintenance needs.
  • Oversee scheduling, correspondence, document control, and filing systems.
  • Support HR, finance, and procurement departments with administrative tasks.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management as required.

Requirements:
  • Saudi nationality is mandatory.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 35 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and with integrity.
