As a key player in our team, you will oversee the maintenance and services of our company locations, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Supervision of Security Personnel: Ensure safety and security across all company locations by overseeing security staff activities.
  • Supervision of Cleaning and Hospitality Workers: Manage cleaning and hospitality teams to maintain cleanliness and organization.
  • Coordination with Operational Companies: Liaise with service providers, including cleaning and security, for high-quality service delivery.
  • Management of Safety Equipment Relationships: Ensure compliance and functionality of safety equipment through effective relationship management.
  • Government Permits for Sites: Acquire necessary permits from governmental bodies to ensure operational compliance.
  • Monitoring and Payment of Leases: Manage rental agreements and ensure timely payments.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 35 years of experience in facilities management or related field.
  • Thorough understanding of regulatory environments in Saudi Arabia.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English.
