Architect

We are looking for a qualified architectural engineer, a member of the Engineers Authority (architect or architectural engineer). This is a basic requirement for joining our distinguished team in a part-time position (with an average of 3 working hours daily), where you will be responsible for designing and developing various architectural projects from the initial stage, reviewing architectural works, and effectively coordinating with clients. The suitable candidate will prepare detailed plans and engineering drawings, and coordinate with contractor and consultant teams to ensure the designs are implemented according to the required standards and specified timelines. This position requires experience in using architectural design programs such as AutoCAD and Revit, in addition to excellent communication skills, project management, and the ability to close deals with clients. A valid membership with the Engineers Authority (architect or architectural engineer) is a basic requirement. The salary starts from 1500 riyals monthly, with an incentive bonus according to the company's policy and a commission paid monthly for closing the agreed monthly target in the contract.
