Your Responsibilities:

• Assist the project team in achieving commissioning milestones and compliance with objectives.
• Support the commissioning management team and supervise testing and commissioning activities.
• Review MEP construction and commissioning feedback to meet O&M requirements.
• Follow up on testing and commissioning and handover plans; track deficiencies and report progress.
• Facilitate site commissioning meetings and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality and mitigate risks.
• Prepare handover documentation, update commissioning plans, and conduct site inspections.
• Track and report on the deficiency list after completion of system commissioning.

What You’ll Need:

• Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in testing and commissioning for large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with PMC processes, quality systems, and risk management.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, controls, and integration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

About the Role:
The Assistant Manager – Account Acquisition & Onboarding is responsible for driving the growth and expansion of the company's client base. This role involves identifying, engaging, and converting prospective clients into active users of the company's products or services. You will manage the onboarding process, ensuring a positive client experience from initial contact through successful integration.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to transition new clients smoothly from sales to onboarding.
• Share insights and feedback from clients to refine sales strategies.
• Stay updated on product features that impact onboarding.
• Communicate client requirements to inform product improvements.
• Provide updates and reports on client acquisition and onboarding performance.
• Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and guide them through the acquisition process.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients.
• Maintain regular contact to build and sustain strong client relationships.

Profile Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 2-4 years of experience in client acquisition or related fields.
• Fluent in written and spoken Arabic & English.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in lead generation and project management.
• Analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of strategies.

• Excellent written and spoken Arabic & English.
• A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
