About the Role
The Head Barista is a pivotal role responsible for leading, training, and supervising baristas across multiple café branches. You will ensure consistent service quality, product excellence, and adherence to brand standards while overseeing daily coffee operations to elevate customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Supervision:
    • Oversee daily operations of baristas in all cafés.
    • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures for beverage preparation and cleanliness.
    • Conduct regular branch visits to ensure consistency and quality.
    • Coordinate barista schedules for efficient operations.
  • Staff Management & Training:
    • Lead and mentor a team of baristas, promoting professional growth.
    • Conduct training sessions on coffee preparation and customer service.
    • Support recruitment and onboarding of new baristas.
    • Evaluate performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Quality Control:
    • Maintain consistent quality of all coffee and beverages.
    • Ensure maintenance of coffee machines and equipment.
    • Conduct regular taste checks across branches.
  • Inventory & Supplies:
    • Monitor stock levels of coffee and necessary supplies.
    • Coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.
    • Prevent wastage and ensure cost-effective ingredient usage.
  • Customer Experience:
    • Handle escalated customer feedback and complaints.
    • Promote a welcoming atmosphere for café guests.
    • Assist in introducing new beverages and seasonal specials.
  • Reporting & Coordination:
    • Prepare weekly reports on sales and customer feedback.
    • Coordinate with Café Operations Manager as needed.
    • Implement company promotions related to beverages.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; hospitality or F&B certification is a plus.
  • 35 years of experience as a senior barista or head barista with supervisory experience.
  • Experience in multi-branch café supervision preferred.

  • Expert knowledge of coffee types and brewing methods.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently across multiple locations.
  • Strong understanding of hygiene and food safety standards.

Languages
  • English (required)
  • Arabic (preferred)

Working Conditions
  • Must be flexible to travel between all café branches.
  • Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
