Skills for Preparing Coffee:
    • Mastering the use of espresso machines and other coffee preparation equipment.
    • The ability to prepare various types of beverages based on customer requests.
    • Knowledge of the different types of coffee beans and how to prepare them.
      • The ability to steam milk and prepare various milk-based drinks.
    • Customer Service Skills:
        • Excellent communication skills with customers.

        • The ability to understand customer needs and provide recommendations based on that.
        • The ability to solve problems and provide fast and effective service.
