Job Title:

Barista / Sales and Service Employee (Café inside a women's complex)

Tasks and Responsibilities:

 Preparing and serving beverages (coffee, hot and cold drinks) with high quality.

 Welcoming and serving customers politely and professionally.

 Taking orders and executing them accurately and quickly.

 Selling products and completing payment transactions.

 Continuously organizing and arranging products and shelves.

 Monitoring the availability of materials and stock and informing management of shortages.

 Monitoring the validity of products.

 Maintaining cleanliness in the work area and the tools used.

 Complying with quality and food safety standards.

Requirements:

 Previous experience in coffee preparation (Barista) is preferred.

 Good customer service skills.

 Proficiency in Arabic, and English is an additional advantage.

 Commitment and discipline in work.
