Key Responsibilities

• Interact with guests in a friendly manner and identify opportunities to enhance their experience.
• Prepare, garnish, and serve drinks according to established recipe standards, ensuring accuracy.
• Manage and organize bar supplies, including beverages, glassware, and perishable items, to ensure efficient service.
• Process payments accurately using the point-of-sale system for various transaction types.
• Monitor inventory and ensure the freshness and quality of all beverage-related products.
• Address situations involving intoxicated guests professionally and respectfully, maintaining a safe environment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
