About the Opportunity

Azeus Systems Limited is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Billing Clerk to join its finance team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is open exclusively to Saudi Nationals and requires mandatory proficiency with Xero accounting software.

Role Overview

The Billing Clerk will be responsible for managing all aspects of customer invoicing and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timely financial operations. This position plays a crucial part in maintaining financial integrity and supporting the broader finance function within the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and issue invoices and account statements for customers.
  • Process credit memos accurately and efficiently.
  • Receive, review, and process all accounts receivable documents and received payments.
  • Prepare comprehensive billing reports.
  • Collect and organize all invoices, credit notes, bills, and other order statements.
  • Gather necessary information for calculating bills receivable.
  • Manage account balances and resolve any inconsistencies.
  • Send payment deadline reminders and communicate with customers or relevant departments.
  • Record and update all payments within the designated accounting system.
  • Verify data input in the accounting system to ensure the accuracy of final bills.
  • Perform additional duties as directed by the Chief Financial Officer and other members of the Finance team.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Administration, Commerce, or a related business field.
  • Proven experience of 2-5 years as a Billing Clerk or in a similar financial role.
  • Mandatory proficiency and experience with Xero accounting software.
  • Experience collaborating with various stakeholders within a company.
