About the Role

Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, has a full-time employment opportunity for a Billing Specialist within the Revenue Management Department. This position is based in the firm's Riyadh office in Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview

The Billing Specialist will support firm-wide accounting and billing functions, focusing on the quality and efficiency of work product. The role requires a proactive approach to managing billing processes and supporting various accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process client bills efficiently and effectively using Pre-bill Viewer and paper bills, with an emphasis on accuracy and bill support.
  • Assist with special projects and ad hoc reports for management as needed.
  • Serve as a backup for cash applications, accounts payable, and attorney trust accounts.
  • Research and answer accounting and billing-related questions.
  • Assist in the accounting functions of international offices.
  • Understand accounts payable processes and related special applications, such as Concur.
  • Process check requests, expense reports, and invoices; manage petty cash and reconciliation.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of general accounting experience is required, preferably from a legal or service-related industry.
  • Proven abilities in accounts payable, client billing, and trust accounting are essential.
  • Proficiency with Windows-based software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, is required.
  • Exceptional computer skills with the ability to learn new software applications quickly.
