About the Architectural BIM Coordinator Role

Pinnacle is seeking an experienced Architectural BIM Coordinator for the Janadriyah Project in Qiddiya, within the Riyadh Region. This full-time position requires a professional to manage and coordinate architectural Building Information Modeling (BIM) activities, ensuring effective integration with multidisciplinary teams and supporting overall project delivery through robust BIM implementation and collaboration. The role is based at the project site in Qiddiya, with potential accommodation provided in Riyadh.

Core Responsibilities in BIM Coordination

The Architectural BIM Coordinator will be responsible for:

• Coordinating architectural BIM models with structural, MEP, and other project disciplines.
• Conducting regular model reviews to identify design conflicts, clashes, and coordination issues.
• Ensuring BIM models adhere to the project's BIM Execution Plan (BEP), company standards, and client requirements.
• Managing model updates and maintaining model integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinating design changes and ensuring their timely implementation within BIM models.

Stakeholder and Site Collaboration

This role involves significant interaction with various project stakeholders:

• Serving as the primary BIM point of contact between the site team, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Attending site coordination meetings and providing BIM-related technical support.
• Collaborating closely with architects, engineers, project managers, consultants, and contractors to facilitate communication and resolve coordination issues.
• Supporting construction teams by addressing BIM-related queries and assisting with model interpretation.

Model Quality Assurance and Control

Maintaining the quality and accuracy of BIM models is a key function:

• Reviewing and validating architectural models for accuracy, completeness, and constructability.
• Monitoring model quality and ensuring compliance with project standards and BIM protocols.
• Tracking and resolving BIM-related issues using designated issue management platforms.
• Maintaining records of model revisions, RFIs, design changes, and coordination activities.

Support for Project Delivery

The role contributes directly to successful project completion:

• Assisting in the preparation and delivery of shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built models.
• Ensuring timely submission of BIM deliverables in accordance with project schedules and milestones.
• Supporting the implementation of BIM best practices and continuous improvement of project workflows.

Experience and Location Requirements

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience. The position is located at the project site in Qiddiya, and candidates must be comfortable commuting to and working from this location. While accommodation may be available in Riyadh, the primary work location is Qiddiya.
