About The Yin Spa

The Yin Spa is seeking a Booking & Customer Service Agent to manage client bookings and deliver customer service for its salon and in-home beauty and wellness services. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with a salary of SAR 4,000 per month.

Role Overview

The Booking & Customer Service Agent will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling all booking-related inquiries and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role requires an organised and professional individual capable of managing multiple communication channels and coordinating effectively with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries across various platforms, including phone, WhatsApp, social media, and the booking system.
• Accurately schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel client appointments.
• Provide clear explanations of services, prices, packages, and availability to clients.
• Coordinate with therapists, drivers, and operations staff to ensure timely service delivery.
• Maintain precise client profiles, booking details, and follow-up records.
• Follow up on payments, booking confirmations, and gather customer feedback.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Recommend suitable services and add-ons without applying undue pressure on clients.
• Ensure client confidentiality and provide clear shift handovers to colleagues.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in customer service, bookings, or reception roles is required; experience within a salon, spa, or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Demonstrated excellent telephone etiquette, strong attention to detail, and effective multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in using WhatsApp Business, booking systems, and CRM software.
• Ability to maintain composure during busy periods and handle complaints respectfully.
• Availability to work scheduled shifts, including evenings and weekends.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring a commitment to scheduled shifts that may include evenings and weekends to meet business needs.
