About the Brand Sales Specialist Integration Role

IBM Global Sales is seeking a Brand Sales Specialist Integration to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves collaborating with clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how IBM's leading solutions can address their business challenges and deliver value. The role requires a blend of technical understanding and strong interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships and shape impactful solutions.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

As a Brand Sales Specialist, your primary focus will be on client engagement and driving sales success. You will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, identifying their specific needs, and effectively communicating IBM's value proposition. A key aspect of this role involves managing the entire sales process, with an emphasis on expanding new business opportunities. This will require close collaboration with various internal IBM teams to co-create and deliver solutions that support client digital transformation and achieve lasting business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage client relationships and define IBM's value proposition.
  • Engage with key decision-makers to understand business requirements.
  • Oversee the sales process, focusing on the expansion of new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal IBM teams to develop and deliver solutions.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess a Bachelor's Degree and have 5-10 years of relevant experience. Demonstrated success in technology sales, particularly in acquiring new clients, is essential. Strong business acumen and effective communication skills are required, with the ability to engage, compel, and influence stakeholders.

  • Minimum of 4+ years of practical architecture and design experience with Integration, B2B & API technologies.
  • Competency in programming languages such as Java, C/C++, ****, Python, R, Swift, .NET, and knowledge of J2EE.
  • A minimum of 3+ years in a Consulting management role, encompassing business development, mentoring, technology solutions development, and relationship management.
  • Experience with Business Infrastructure concepts and technologies including API, SOA, Microservices, ESB, SOAP/REST, Docker, Kubernetes, VMWare, Azure, GCP, and AWS.

Preferred Expertise

Preference will be given to candidates with demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in the automation market. This expertise will enable effective client consultation and trust-building. Training on IBM's Automation offerings will be provided.
