About the Job
As a Senior Business Analyst at stc, you will play a critical role in supervising data and information collection and ensuring effective standard reporting services are provided to the business. Your expertise in managing assignments with respect to time and project schedules will be key in driving the company's strategic initiatives.

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform routine activities within the specified scope.
  • Coordinate with seniors to understand the goals, budgets, and processes of assigned projects.
  • Supervise implementation of analysis and reporting procedures in compliance with relevant procedural and documentation requirements.
  • Participate in performing complex analysis of stc’s business, market, and performance data, reviewing reports for accuracy.
  • Provide technical expertise to resolve non-complex issues related to analysis and reporting.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to manage analysis and reporting matters efficiently.
  • Engage and retain team members to ensure appropriate skills are available.
  • Assist with routine work and escalate issues as necessary.

Required Experience
You should have 2-4 years of experience working in business analysis and reporting.

Education
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration is required.

  • Support testing and UAT: prepare test scenarios, validate outcomes, and manage defect clarifications.
  • Prepare project documentation and reports (status updates, risk/issue logs, change requests).
  • Assist in change management activities (stakeholder communication, training support, and documentation).
