We are excited to announce an opportunity for a talented Business Analyst to join our client, a prominent player in the Financial IT & Digital Solutions landscape across the GCC. In this role, you'll be instrumental in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions in the financial and payment ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
  • Support the implementation of payment and banking systems (RTGS, ACH, Remittances).
  • Conduct gap analysis and define AS-IS / TO-BE processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design functional solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with banking, payment, and customer journey standards.
  • Participate in workshops, testing, and solution validation with clients.

Qualifications:
  • Solid understanding of banking and payment schemes (RTGS, ACH, Remittances).
  • Knowledge of domestic and cross-border payment flows.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and elicitation skills.
  • Familiarity with SWIFT MT/MX messaging and accounting cycles (a plus).
  • Excellent English communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Willingness to relocate to KSA and travel as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.

  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
