About the Role:
As a Business Analyst, you will work onsite in Riyadh and will need to have at least 8 years of experience in banking, payments, or financial technology domains.

Key Responsibilities:

Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for banking and payment ecosystems, ensuring clear communication between stakeholders and technical teams.
Develop innovative solutions, functional specifications, process flows, and use cases with expertise in QR code payment acceptance, multicurrency transactions, and Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC).
Provide industry insights, best practices, and support the design and implementation of payment integration and aggregation solutions.
Stay informed about emerging trends, standards, and regulations in digital payments and banking technologies.

Domain Knowledge:

Extensive understanding of bank ecosystems and payment processing within acquiring businesses.
Hands-on experience with QR code payment solutions and acceptance standards.
Experience with Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) processes.
Strong knowledge of multicurrency transaction processing and rules.
Familiarity with transaction aggregation, reconciliation, and reporting.

Technical Skills:

Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Experience working with APIs, payment gateways, and integration platforms.

Other Skills:

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
