About the Role:
As a Business Analyst, you will work onsite in Riyadh and will need to have at least 8 years of experience in banking, payments, or financial technology domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for banking and payment ecosystems, ensuring clear communication between stakeholders and technical teams.
• Develop innovative solutions, functional specifications, process flows, and use cases with expertise in QR code payment acceptance, multicurrency transactions, and Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC).
• Provide industry insights, best practices, and support the design and implementation of payment integration and aggregation solutions.
• Stay informed about emerging trends, standards, and regulations in digital payments and banking technologies.

Domain Knowledge:

• Extensive understanding of bank ecosystems and payment processing within acquiring businesses.
• Hands-on experience with QR code payment solutions and acceptance standards.
• Experience with Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) processes.
• Strong knowledge of multicurrency transaction processing and rules.
• Familiarity with transaction aggregation, reconciliation, and reporting.

Technical Skills:

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience working with APIs, payment gateways, and integration platforms.

Other Skills:

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
