About the Business Development Executive Role
Fast Access is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a candidate with 5-10 years of experience, focused on driving revenue growth through new business acquisition and client relationship management within the logistics and e-commerce sectors.
Role Overview and Objectives
The Business Development Executive will be instrumental in identifying and securing new business opportunities. The primary objective is to generate qualified leads, convert them into clients, and foster strong, long-term relationships. This role directly contributes to the company's overall revenue targets by expanding its client base and increasing market penetration.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients across the e-commerce, retail, and FMCG industries.
- Generate qualified leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings to present fulfillment and logistics solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Manage the sales pipeline, follow up on opportunities, and support contract closure.
- Negotiate commercial terms with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with operations teams during the customer onboarding process.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and prepare sales activity reports.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within the fulfillment, warehousing, or logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of fulfillment operations and e-commerce logistics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple sales opportunities and meet targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling fulfillment, warehousing, last-mile delivery, or e-commerce solutions.
- Existing network of contacts within the Saudi e-commerce and retail market.
- Experience utilizing CRM systems.
Work Environment and Location
This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role involves direct client interaction and requires a professional approach to business development within the logistics sector.
