The Business Development Manager Role

KAJ Projects is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to driving the company's growth by identifying and securing new project opportunities and fostering strategic client relationships within the fit-out and interior contracting sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new fit-out and interior contracting opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, architects, project management firms, and corporate clients.
• Monitor upcoming projects and market opportunities.
• Lead the company’s prequalification process with clients and consultants.
• Coordinate with the estimating and technical teams during tender submissions.
• Prepare client presentations, capability statements, and commercial proposals.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.
• Achieve annual sales and business development targets.

Candidate Profile and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in business development within the construction or fit-out industry. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required for this position, demonstrating the ability to drive sales and foster client relationships effectively.
