Code Brew Labs is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is focused on driving enterprise growth within the dynamic fields of AI, Technology Solutions, and IT Consulting.

Role Overview and Strategic Focus

The successful candidate will be instrumental in expanding our enterprise client base and managing complex, high-value sales engagements. This position requires a strategic approach to identify opportunities and secure significant partnerships within the technology sector, contributing directly to the company's growth objectives.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead and execute enterprise sales initiatives to achieve business growth objectives.
• Oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of complex, high-value sales engagements.
• Successfully close multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
• Apply proven expertise in solution selling, portfolio selling, and cross-selling strategies.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 7+ years of enterprise sales or business development experience, specifically within AI or technology consulting.
• Demonstrated success in closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.

Essential Skills and Attributes

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Fluency in English is required.

Compensation

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of up to SAR 12,000–15,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
