About the Business Development Manager Role
Nexora is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is crucial for accelerating the company's growth across Saudi Arabia and the GCC region by building strong relationships with leading brands and enterprises. Nexora offers an all-in-one customer engagement and marketing automation platform designed to simplify customer communication, segmentation, analytics, and growth for modern businesses.
Role Overview and Responsibilities
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying new opportunities, generating qualified leads, managing client relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and closing new business. This role requires close collaboration with leadership, product, and marketing teams to develop strategic partnerships, expand market presence, and contribute to Nexora's overall growth strategy. The position offers direct engagement with decision-makers.
- Develop and execute business development strategies across the GCC region.
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential enterprise and mid-market clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
- Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations.
- Prepare proposals, commercial agreements, and sales documentation.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to support customer acquisition initiatives.
- Identify strategic partnerships and new revenue opportunities.
- Represent Nexora at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Provide market insights and competitor intelligence to leadership.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should possess 2–6 years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or B2B SaaS Sales. A strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian and GCC business landscape is essential. Proven success in achieving sales targets and closing complex deals is required. Experience selling SaaS, CRM, Marketing Automation, Martech, or Enterprise Software solutions is highly valued.
- 2–6 years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or B2B SaaS Sales.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian and GCC business landscape.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing complex deals.
- Experience selling SaaS, CRM, Marketing Automation, Martech, or Enterprise Software solutions.
Essential Skills and Attributes
Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. A strong business network across Saudi Arabia and the GCC is highly preferred. Fluency in both English and Arabic is required. The role also calls for a self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability, and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.
