About the Role
Nuqtah Business Solutions is seeking a Business Development / Personal Assistant on behalf of a client. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is designed to provide comprehensive support to a senior executive. The role requires a highly organized, professional, and proactive individual who is comfortable with frequent travel.
Role Purpose
The Business Development / Personal Assistant combines executive support, business coordination, and relationship management functions. This dual role is critical for ensuring the senior executive's operational efficiency and supporting key business development initiatives. The successful candidate will manage complex schedules and facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage schedules, meetings, appointments, and executive priorities.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including bookings and accommodation.
- Support business development activities, client communication, and follow-ups.
- Assist with meeting preparation, presentations, reports, and business correspondence.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Provide high-level administrative and personal assistance to the senior executive.
- Travel frequently as required by the role.
Candidate Requirements
- 0-1 year of professional experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent English proficiency.
- Flexibility to travel frequently.
Compensation and Employment Details
This is a full-time position offering a very competitive salary package. The role is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
