About the Business Development Specialist Role

The company is in advanced beta, live with early customers, and preparing for a full production launch. This full-time Business Development Specialist position is based in Riyadh. We are seeking an individual with 5-10 years of experience to manage customer relationships and drive value realization.

Role Overview

The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for owning customer relationships, guiding them through onboarding, adoption, and expansion phases. This role involves significant strategic influence and close collaboration with founders, sales, and product leaders to ensure customers achieve long-term value from the Elements platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships throughout onboarding, adoption, and long-term engagement.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior finance leaders and operational teams.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion across workflows, teams, and new use cases.
• Translate customer requirements and pain points into actionable product insights.
• Monitor account health, proactively mitigate risks, and secure renewals.
• Support the rollout and adoption of new platform features and improvements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience managing SaaS accounts, preferably within finance, operations, or workflow-related products.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior executives.
• Proven ability to act as a consultative problem solver, diagnosing needs and proposing strategic solutions.
• An ownership mindset suitable for zero-to-one or high-growth environments.
• Comfort in balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
• Demonstrated success in driving renewals, retention, and account expansion.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience.
