About the Role

SHEIN is seeking a Business Development professional to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on expanding the company's merchant network and optimizing business cooperation within the non-beauty sector in the region. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage non-beauty brand owners and distributors in Saudi Arabia to establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships.
• Expand the regional cooperative merchant database through proactive outreach and relationship building.
• Manage end-to-end business cooperation, including requirement communication, proposal development, negotiation, and contract signing.
• Coordinate with internal operation teams to ensure the successful implementation of cooperation terms and achievement of set goals.
• Undertake performance indicators such as the number of cooperative merchants and Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV).
• Track performance data, analyze bottlenecks, and drive strategy optimization to meet targets.
• Monitor local non-beauty consumption trends, competitor strategies, and policy changes.
• Produce analytical reports to support the company’s strategic adjustments based on market insights.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in business development, merchant acquisition, or a related field, preferably within the e-commerce or retail sector in Saudi Arabia.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a dynamic team focused on market expansion and strategic partnerships.
