The Opportunity: Area Sales Manager II (Poultry)

Almarai is seeking an Area Sales Manager II (Poultry) to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves directing and managing van sales operations within an assigned territory to achieve budgeted volume and margin targets for Poultry products. The successful candidate will be responsible for continuously monitoring and reviewing team performance to ensure business objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities

Direct and control van sales operations across assigned sales areas.
Effectively manage sales teams to achieve budgeted volume and margin for Poultry products.
Continuously monitor and review team performance to ensure targets are met.
Manage and monitor the performance of Supervisors to ensure all areas deliver targeted volume and margin.

Qualifications and Requirements

A Diploma in any related discipline.
2-5 years of experience in FMCG sales management.
Demonstrated ability to achieve budgeted volume and margin for products.
Proven capability to manage and monitor team performance.
