The Opportunity: Divisional Product Development Manager

Almarai is seeking a Divisional Product Development Manager for its Premier Foods division. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, involves leading the end-to-end development of new products and the enhancement of existing product lines. The role requires ensuring that all projects are executed to high standards, delivering quality, innovation, and commercial success.

Core Responsibilities

• Drive new product development processes from concept generation through to commercialization.
• Create and refine innovative product formulations.
• Research and explore new ingredients and advanced technologies relevant to product development.
• Ensure all developed products consistently meet Almarai’s established standards for quality, safety, and excellence.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Supply Planning, Sales, and Marketing, to facilitate efficient and effective market introduction of new product concepts.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Divisional Product Development Manager position must possess over 10 years of relevant professional experience in product development within the food manufacturing sector. The role requires a demonstrated capability in driving initiatives and optimizing processes.
