The Role of Divisional Product Development Manager

Almarai is seeking a Divisional Product Development Manager for its Premier Foods division. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, involves leading the comprehensive development of new products and the enhancement of existing product lines. The manager is responsible for ensuring that all projects are executed to high standards, delivering quality, innovation, and commercial viability within the food manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new product development processes from initial concept through to commercialization.
• Create and refine innovative product formulations.
• Research and explore new ingredients and processing technologies.
• Ensure all developed products meet Almarai’s established standards for quality, safety, and excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Supply Planning, Sales, and Marketing, to facilitate the efficient and effective market introduction of new product concepts.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in product development within the food manufacturing sector.
• Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and optimize processes in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of driving product innovation and achieving commercial success.

Work Setting and Location

This is a full-time position based at Almarai’s headquarters in Riyadh. The role operates within a dynamic and fast-paced food manufacturing environment, requiring strong collaboration across various departments.
