Join our team as a Cashier at TASC Outsourcing!

As a Cashier, you will play a vital role in managing customer transactions and ensuring a seamless payment process. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Receiving and processing payments for new and trade-in vehicles, alongside service and maintenance work.
  • Ensuring the safe custody of Vehicle Cash Checks (VCC) and releasing Gate Passes for vehicles post-account clearance.
  • Processing payments through various methods including petty cash, credit cards, and checks.
  • Reconciling cash and credit card transactions at the end of each day.
  • Maintaining precise records of transactions and daily cash balances, including submission of petty cash reports.
  • Answering customer inquiries regarding pricing and services offered.
  • Communicating effectively with customers about their payments and outstanding balances.
  • Resolving any customer complaints related to financial transactions.
  • Assisting with inventory management through counts and reconciliation.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and experience working in an ERP environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
