Welcoming customers with a smile and a proper greeting * Registering orders in the POS system * Ensuring the accuracy of the order before payment * Collecting payments (cash / card / applications) * Issuing invoices and delivering them to the customer * Coordinating with the kitchen or preparation department to ensure quick order processing * Following up on application orders (HungerStation, Jahez, etc.) * Ensuring that orders match invoices before delivery * Managing the cash drawer (opening / closing / daily inventory) * Preparing the daily sales report and submitting it to management * Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the cashier area * Dealing with customer complaints professionally

Role Overview

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role.
Experience in order dispatching is a plus.
Currently present in KSA.
Proficient in English, Arabic is a plus.
Basic numerical skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Knowledge and Competency

Strong understanding of customer service principles.
Experience handling high-volume transactions accurately.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
