About the Catering Supervisor Role

FNRCO is seeking a Catering Supervisor to manage daily catering operations in Riyadh. This full-time position requires an individual dedicated to ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction. The role involves leading catering staff and coordinating event logistics to deliver professional and efficient service.

Core Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate daily catering operations, including food preparation, presentation, and service delivery.
  • Manage catering services for corporate events, meetings, and large-scale functions, ensuring timely execution and client satisfaction.
  • Enforce food safety, hygiene, and quality standards in compliance with health regulations and company policies.
  • Train, schedule, and supervise catering staff, ensuring proper conduct and performance during events.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for the procurement of food, beverages, and event materials.
  • Plan and manage catering logistics, including transportation, setup, and breakdown for events.
  • Monitor inventory levels and control wastage to optimize cost efficiency.
  • Address client inquiries, special requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and service standards.
  • Prepare reports on event execution, costs, and staff performance as required.

Experience and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in catering operations, food service, or hospitality management.
  • Proven experience in managing catering services for corporate environments or large-scale events.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Effective customer service skills.
  • Experience in vendor coordination and catering logistics is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role requires flexibility in working hours to accommodate event schedules, which may include evenings and weekends.
