About the Role
Urban Ridge Supplies is seeking a CKSA Sales Account Manager (New Account) to join its business sales team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on acquiring new Business to Business (B2B) clients and driving revenue growth through the sale of core products and Office Imaging & Solutions opportunities.
Role Overview
As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for new clients, acting as both the relationship lead and the internal advocate. Your role involves understanding each client's unique business environment, needs, and motivations. Leveraging this understanding and your technical background, you will identify opportunities to meet client needs, increase annual revenue, ensure client satisfaction and retention, and enhance brand awareness within the KSA market. This position is suited for an independent, initiative-driven individual focused on identifying and closing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality prospects from small to mid-size new businesses across KSA and manage an active pipeline with varying sales cycles.
- Establish strong business relationships with leads, including data gathering and guiding potential customers through the sales process.
- Acquire and close new business deals through cold calling and prospecting, utilizing tele-sales, face-to-face interactions, and sales presentations.
- Identify qualified prospects, navigate company structures to find decision-makers, and proactively seek new avenues for client penetration.
- Apply consultative sales skills to explain product benefits, overcome objections, and close sales.
- Drive customer engagements, meetings, and develop opportunities to position, propose, and close deals.
- Deliver face-to-face and/or online presentations and proposals.
- Track and analyze market and industry trends to identify new business opportunities and maintain extensive market knowledge.
- Maintain an active pipeline report in Salesforce, logging all activities.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
- Utilize product knowledge to build trust, value, and influence with customers.
- Provide pricing and rate quotes as needed to close deals.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and expectations, with responsibility for growing sales revenue.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients, introducing the account manager and team, and establishing regular communication.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B Account Management is preferred.
- Outstanding lead generation, sales, business development, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Technically savvy and open to technology products.
- Excellent mathematical and analytical thinking.
- Experience using MS Office tools.
- Advanced *********** usage and knowledge.
- Consultative sales skills to explain product benefits, overcome objections, and close sales.
- Excellent listening, assertive, persistent, persuasive, and results-oriented approach.
- Must be a self-starter with effective time management skills.
- A valid KSA driving license and car are mandatory.
