About the Client Onboarding Specialist Role
MOZN is seeking a dedicated Client Onboarding Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on ensuring a seamless and effective onboarding experience for FOCAL customers. The specialist will serve as the primary point of contact, guiding clients through platform implementation, user enablement, and go-live readiness.
Role Overview and Responsibilities
In this role, you will manage the complete end-to-end onboarding journey for FOCAL clients. Your responsibilities will include acting as the main liaison from initial kickoff through to the client's go-live date. You will be responsible for delivering platform training sessions, coordinating with internal teams to maintain project timelines, and tracking client progress. A key aspect of the role involves managing and resolving technical inquiries, feature requests, and configuration issues, escalating them to the appropriate internal resources when necessary. Maintaining accurate onboarding documentation and status tracking for your client portfolio is essential. You will also be expected to manage multiple client onboardings concurrently, prioritizing tasks effectively based on varying timelines and complexity. A smooth handover to the Customer Success team post go-live, with comprehensive context transfer, is also a critical responsibility. Furthermore, you will identify recurring onboarding challenges and propose process improvements.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should possess 2 to 5 years of experience in client onboarding, customer success, implementation, project coordination, account management, or a similar customer-facing role. Experience in managing customer onboarding projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders simultaneously is required. Proficiency in both written and spoken Arabic and English is mandatory.
Essential Skills and Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail, are vital. The ability to manage multiple onboarding projects concurrently while meeting deadlines and maintaining high customer satisfaction is crucial. Experience in delivering customer training sessions, workshops, or user enablement programs is also a requirement.
Desirable Experience
Experience in AML, Fraud Prevention, Financial Crime, Risk Management, FinTech, or Financial Services is considered a strong advantage for this role.
Work Context
This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role involves direct client interaction and collaboration with internal MOZN teams to ensure successful client implementations.
