About the Client Onboarding Specialist Role
MOZN, a leading Enterprise AI company focused on Financial Crime Prevention and Enterprise Knowledge Intelligence, is seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist for its FOCAL product. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role is integral to ensuring a smooth and effective onboarding experience for new FOCAL customers, acting as a key liaison between the client and MOZN.
Role Overview and Purpose
The Client Onboarding Specialist will manage the complete onboarding journey for FOCAL clients. This involves serving as the primary point of contact from the initial kickoff through to the successful go-live of the platform. The specialist is responsible for platform implementation, user enablement, and ensuring clients are fully prepared to utilize the FOCAL solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for FOCAL clients.
- Serve as the main client contact throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
- Conduct platform training sessions for client teams.
- Coordinate with internal MOZN teams to maintain project timelines.
- Track and address client inquiries, feature requests, and configuration issues, escalating as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation and status tracking for all assigned clients.
- Manage multiple client onboardings concurrently, prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Ensure a smooth handover to the Customer Success team post-go-live, including full context transfer.
- Identify and propose improvements for recurring onboarding blockers or process gaps.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Client Onboarding, Customer Success, Implementation, Project Coordination, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Proven experience managing customer onboarding projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Experience delivering customer training sessions or user enablement programs.
- Fluency in both written and spoken Arabic and English is mandatory.
Essential Skills and Attributes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent onboarding projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Preferred Background
Experience in AML, Fraud Prevention, Financial Crime, Risk Management, FinTech, or Financial Services is considered a strong asset for this role.
