Coffee Cashier

A cashier is required to work in a café, possessing excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with customers in a professional manner. His responsibilities include receiving orders, handling the point of sale system, and completing payment transactions accurately and quickly. Previous experience in the café sector is preferred, along with the ability to work as part of a team and under pressure.

Welcoming customers and greeting them in a polite and attractive manner. Executing sales transactions and collecting cash or electronic payments accurately and quickly. Displaying products and suggesting additional items (Upselling / Cross-selling). Handling any customer feedback professionally and with quick wit. Maintaining the organization of the cash area and organizing invoices and receipts. Cooperating with the team to ensure the smooth operation of daily processes. Adhering to company policies, overall appearance, and personal hygiene.
