About the Role

Rawaj-HCM is seeking a Commercial Head Government Services to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires a professional with over 10 years of experience to lead the commercial strategy within the government services sector.

Role Overview

As the Commercial Head, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company's commercial strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth, expand market share, strengthen customer relationships, and maximize profitability. This role involves leading the commercial function across business development, sales, strategic partnerships, key account management, and commercial operations, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization's commercial strategy to achieve revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and emerging market trends within the FinTech, Telecommunications, or IT sectors.
• Lead and manage the sales, business development, and account management teams to achieve commercial targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, strategic partners, and key stakeholders.
• Develop commercial plans, pricing strategies, and go-to-market initiatives for new and existing products and services.
• Negotiate high-value commercial agreements, partnerships, and enterprise contracts.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue optimization initiatives.
• Monitor sales performance, pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts through executive dashboards and performance reports.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and recommend strategic actions.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Technology, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure successful product launches and commercial execution.
• Establish commercial KPIs and performance metrics to monitor business performance and ensure accountability across the commercial function.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and sales planning activities to support business objectives.
• Ensure effective CRM utilization, sales reporting, and pipeline management through digital tools and business intelligence platforms.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance commercial processes, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
• Represent the organization during executive meetings, industry events, strategic negotiations, and client engagements.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance, contractual obligations, and commercial policies.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in a commercial leadership role.
