Join Our Team as an Exhibitions & Conferences Specialist!
We are seeking a passionate and organized Exhibitions & Conferences Specialist to join our team at a leading transportation services company in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have experience in planning and coordinating events along with the ability to manage logistics and stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and organize exhibitions, conferences, and transportation-related events.
Coordinate with vendors and organizers to ensure smooth execution.
Develop event schedules, budgets, and logistics requirements.
Oversee event implementation from start to finish.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure event objectives are met.
Prepare post-event reports and evaluate success indicators.
Support event marketing and promotional campaigns.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
15 years of hands-on experience in exhibitions or event coordination.
Strong communication, time management, and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and event planning software.
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
Male & Female are welcome.
