Join our dynamic team where safety and operational excellence are our top priorities. As a Crane Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient use of cranes on-site while adhering to our comprehensive safety policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate and promote safety leadership.
  • Conduct operations involving the crane with safety as a prime consideration.
  • Operate the crane in accordance with SANAD policies and the manufacturer's design parameters.
  • Advise the Rig Manager or Toolpusher of any issues related to materials handling and crane usage.
  • Ensure personal and team safety by adhering to standards and using appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Communicate clearly with the loadmaster and riggers during all crane operations.
  • Maintain documentation relating to crane usage, including shift reports and timesheets.
  • Perform routine inspections and minor preventative maintenance on the crane.
  • Train junior Crane Operators and Riggers as required.
  • Participate in Tool-box Talks and Rig Safety Meetings.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience operating cranes ranging from 10 to 50 tons.
  • Valid SAG license.
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written.

  • At least 5 years of procurement experience in engineering building materials within KSA.
  • Proficient in both English and Arabic.
  • Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills.
