About the Role
Tamara is seeking a Customer Care Advisor for its Customer Experience team. This full-time, onsite role is based at the company's headquarters in Riyadh. The Customer Care Advisor will be responsible for providing essential support to customers regarding Tamara's services.
Role Context and Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Advisor, you will be instrumental in addressing customer inquiries received via phone, website, and live chat. Your primary objective is to deliver accurate information and tailored solutions that meet customer needs, thereby contributing to the creation of positive customer experiences. This involves managing daily customer interactions effectively, ensuring customer issues are resolved promptly and efficiently, even within a fast-paced environment.
- Respond to inbound phone calls, emails, and live chats in an efficient manner.
- Identify and understand customer questions, concerns, and needs.
- Provide accurate answers and effective solutions to customer queries.
- Review customer accounts and transactions to resolve issues.
- Offer detailed explanations of Tamara's services.
- Strive to meet support metrics while delivering excellent customer service.
- Follow communication guidelines when handling various customer topics.
Qualifications and Requirements
Candidates for this role should possess the necessary skills and qualifications to effectively support Tamara's customer base. The position requires individuals who can communicate clearly and solve problems efficiently.
- University Graduates.
- Previous customer service experience is considered a plus.
- Native Arabic speaker.
- Fluency in English Language (B2 level proficiency).
- Ability to use computers effectively.
- Proficiency in using internet applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle customer issues professionally.
- Capacity to solve problems within short timeframes.
- Flexibility to work rotational hours and days.
