About the Role
Afaq Q Tech General Trading is seeking a Customer Service Associate for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience. The compensation includes a base pay of 6143 SAR with additional allowances totaling 2457 SAR, for a total of 8600 SAR.
Role Overview
The Customer Service Associate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers in Saudi Arabia, addressing inquiries and resolving issues through phone, chat, and email. The core purpose of this role is to prevent problems, provide solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience. Associates will utilize various tools to research and communicate effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in Arabic.
- Address a range of issues including order and product questions, payment matters, and website navigation.
- Utilize company tools to research and provide solutions to customer queries.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of issues.
Work Schedule and Hours
This is a full-time position requiring variable hours to meet customer demand. Employees will work 9 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Operating hours are from 8 am to 10 pm, Monday to Sunday. Schedules will be provided 1-2 weeks in advance and may change every 1-4 weeks. National holidays may also require work. Specific schedule details will be provided closer to the start date.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must be a Saudi national.
- Minimum age of 18 years old.
- High school diploma required.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic (written and oral fluency).
- Experience working with computers.
- Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday between 8 AM and 10 PM.
- Willingness and ability to work rotating shifts, including early, late, weekend, and overtime as required.
